A peninsula counter provides uncluttered space to prepare meals. Bifold doors in the kitchen open to a utility closet that includes a stacked washer and dryer unit.

The large great room, with its sunny double window, is spacious enough to accommodate a dining table, if desired. A full bath is tucked between the living and sleeping areas for convenient access. A pair of doors leads into identical bedrooms, both with double windows and closets with bifold doors.

Elm (912 Sq Ft)

A light-filled stairwell leads into the two-story Elm design. The open kitchen, with its island counter is a warm receiving area for guests. A large closet opposite the kitchen provides a place to store coats and other gear. L-shape counters in the kitchen house the main appliances around a central island, which includes a snack bar.

A pathway between the island and closet channels traffic into the great room, which features two large windows that fill the space with light. A staircase in the great room leads to the upper-level bedroom suite. One end of the large bedroom could be set up as reading area, capturing the light from one of the rooms’ two windows. A spacious bathroom with linen closet accompanies the bedroom.

A private vestibule opens into the Birch floor plan, where the great room receives guests and serves as the main living area in the home. A triple window illuminates the great room and the nearby kitchen. Wraparound counters in the kitchen place the stove, sink, and refrigerator in an efficient triangle for quick food preparation and clean-up. The peninsula island can be used as an eating bar or as a place to serve buffet-style meals.

The bedroom is nearby and features a double window and a large closet. The bathroom is next to the kitchen and includes a vanity, shower/tub combination, and a double-stack laundry unit.


Alder (387 Sq Ft)

The second-story Alder unit is a well-organized studio floor plan that provides all the essentials. A galley-style kitchen, featuring a stove, dishwasher, sink, and refrigerator is located off the entry. The nearby bathroom offers a sink, toilet, and shower-tub combination.

A wall adjacent to the kitchen that sections off the utility areas is an ideal spot for a dining table or bistro set. The large open living area has windows on two walls.  One end of the space features a large closet with a double-stack laundry unit. This area is ideal to arrange with bedroom furniture. The other end of the room could easily be set up as a living space.

The island snack bar overlooks the spacious great room with a double window as a focal point.

A staircase leads to the upper-level bedroom. There, a triple window illuminates the sleeping area. A large closet provides space for clothing storage. The bathroom provides the essentials and includes a nook that is ideal for toiletry shelving. A closet just outside the bathroom includes a laundry unit and offers additional storage for seasonal items.


Building D

An open kitchen and great room combination is the hallmark of the single-story Ash floor plan. An L-shape arrangement leaves room in the kitchen for a dining table either in the center of the room or against the side wall. Light spills into the great room from double windows-one on each wall.

A door in the kitchen leads into the private bedroom quarters. The large sleeping area features a double window. The bathroom conveniently is placed next to the closet for efficiency when bathing and dressing.

The long, rectangular layout of the Oak floor plan offers many benefits, including segregated living spaces and a private sleeping arrangement. The entrance opens into a hall with storage closet. The hall leads to the kitchen and dining room at one end of the floor plan and the great room at the other end. The kitchen provides L-shape counters that wrap around a central island. With all of the appliances located along the walls, the island is free to be used for food preparation and serving. A double window and patio doors fill the kitchen and dining room with light. The patio doors open onto a deck, which overlooks the streetscape below. The great room includes windows on two walls and a storage closet.

A U-shape staircase leads to the second-level bedrooms, the bathroom, and laundry area. At the top of the landing, a closet opens to reveal an efficient double-stack laundry unit. Light fills each of the bedrooms from a pair of windows and large closets provide space for clothing storage. The centrally located bathroom includes a large vanity and shower-tub combination.
